In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the importance of outdoor activities in education. In recent days the Governement have announced that there is to be continuation of the current funding levels to all qualifying schools. Funding remains at its current level, £ 320 million for the academic year. The funding will be paid in two tranches, one this Autumn, with the following payment being paid in Spring 2026.
